     the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Joint Resolution                                                           
     No. 16, calling on President Biden to immediately seek and secure                                                          
     an end to the embargo imposed by Russia on seafood imports                                                                 
     from abroad so that Alaska seafood producers' access to the
